Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Aakalan CSC AI (the website and app at csc-doc-assistant.pages.dev), made by Aaklan Infra Consultancy (“we”). By signing in or using the app you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Not an official service

Aakalan CSC AI is an independent private tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd (CSC SPV), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), the Government of Haryana or Antyodaya-SARAL. It does not submit applications for you, and it cannot see your status on any government portal.

2. AI answers can be wrong

Replies are made by an AI model and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, even when the app shows sources. Fees, documents, time limits and rules can change. Always check on the official SARAL portal or with the department before you apply or pay. The app is help, not legal or official advice.

3. Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account and your device secure. Sign out on shared devices.
• You must be 18 or older.
• We may limit how much you use the service (for example messages or recordings per hour) to keep it working for everyone.

4. What you upload

• Only add documents you are allowed to use. If you help someone else, add their ID cards, certificates or other personal documents only when they have asked you to help them, and use them only for that service.
• To write replies, what you type and the documents you upload go to the AI you pick in Settings: DeepSeek (through the DeepSeek API, under the DeepSeek Open Platform Terms) or Anthropic Claude (through Anthropic's Claude API). Voice recordings go to Cloudflare Workers AI. See the Privacy Policy.
• Files are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing them up and deleting them.

5. Do not misuse the app

Do not use the app to make false or forged documents, to impersonate anyone, to break any law, to attack or overload the service, or to get around its limits or security.

6. Costs

The app shows a Bill with the cost of the AI services your account used, at the rates shown in the app. Any payment arrangement is agreed separately with Aaklan Infra Consultancy.

7. Availability

We may change, pause or stop the app or any feature at any time. Outside services (Google, DeepSeek, Anthropic and Cloudflare) can also fail or change.

8. Limits of our responsibility

The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by wrong AI answers, rejected applications, missed deadlines, lost files on your device, or outages of outside services. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
